Amazing food and Amazing service as always! I am a recurring customer and nothing screams "olympia local '' like Abes Waffles. They always let you know how long the waffles will take ahead of time & will let you know how busy they currently are at the moment.They have such a creative menu that is always changing and are always supporting local establishments through collaboration. I would recommend double stacking your order and that will last me the whole day! I fully recommend this place with every taste bud on my tongue. And aways rave to my coworkers about how amazing this food truck is!

There are only two things not to love about Abe's. They can only make your order so quickly and if you want to have a waistline you can't eat here every day! There's nothing on the menu that isn't fabulous. Outdoor seating is available. It's very busy, but worth the wait!Kid-friendliness: The outdoor seating has had at least three kids every time I've been here. Personally this is not a bonus, but by all means know that your family is welcome! Edit: The seating is fenced and DOES welcome both kids and dogs.

Woke up early to try this. We were the only customers (in the whole parking lot) there and they said it would be a 30 min wait, it was cold and rainy so we left.EDIT: they obviously do not prioritize people physically at the food truck, hense my review. No other cars were even there at the time.

I am SO in love with these waffles! Amazing brunch or lunch. Incredible how many tasty creative options there are and that they feel healthy/ I don’t feel like a guy bomb after- I feel good and energized. Can’t get enough;) I love the staff too! Such sweet and fun folks!

Placed an order at 10:44 a.m. and it's now 11:34 and I still haven't gotten my order. I have checked in with them and they said running behind. Yikes, don't allow online orders if you running behind. ? I'm sorry but a nearly hour wait is not good. We'll, finally got the food at 11:38. They didn't offer a thing and said it was from 20 person order. Strange, I've been here right in front since 10:30 and haven't seen them.

Never a bad waffle! Love the new location and always something on the menu for the whole family! My husband and son both like the OG with its classic chicken/waffle combo. I’m a sucker for the Triple L and usually This is Nuts. I went with the Berry Macha and Triple L today.
