To the franchisee Orchard Foods and their edit: it is entirely your fault for the poor actions of your staff. You will not “share this internally” with your employees when you yourself are the problem. When the food is genuinely unpredictable and one never knows if they’re getting a mediocre sandwich or a slopfest of disgusting nonsense, thrown together in the rudest most careless fashion, because most singular transactions afford the store more than what they pay an employee for an hour’s wage leaving the employee’s wondering why they should even bother. This is the fault of management style and wages, not of the workers. How can morale be positive if the owner of this franchise is not only a corporation, but so too a total Scrooge?

We went there today and the service was good but the guy helping us didn’t change his gloves one time and he touched to go bags, the register, a clean rag etc and made many orders all with the same gloves. The other guy working there might of been on break when we first came in then when he came back on he didn’t help at all. The guy helping us did the to go orders, a rush of people, etc all by himself. My boyfriend was super mad when we left and didn’t even want to eat his sandwich because of how much cross contamination was going on. Nothing was clean, my sandwich was sitting on the table thing they work on with no paper or anything underneath it. My boyfriend manages a restaurant and couldn’t believe everything he was touching. I don’t think we will be back to the west side location.

I have always given this jersey Mike’s five stars. Their customer service is fantastic. They treat their customers with respect. They’re very friendly. Their food is amazing. The atmosphere in Jersey Mike’s is amazing. I wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else. I absolutely love it here. I wanted to share what happened today today I placed an order and it got a little messed up was no big deal. I wasn’t mad about it or anything. I called them up. I said hey my order is messed up. Is there anyway we can get this fixed right away they agreed to fix my order they said come on in. We’ll get you a new sub we’ll fix it. We’re so sorry. They apologize profusely I walked in to go get the new sandwich excellent customer service they made me a new sandwich. They also refunded me for my sandwich. They didn’t have to do that. I was OK with still paying for it but they had a refunded the money before I had even got there thank you so much you guys. I absolutely appreciate you for fixing my order. We will definitely be back.

Scheduled sandwiches to be done at 1215 and they didn’t have them ready for another 30 minutes after. Walk in seems to take priority and be faster than ordering ahead online 2 hours before you want it.

The first problem I had here was the sandwich maker completely rushed my order trying to make more than one sandwich at at a time when there was only two of us there. Don't rush me when you're not busy. Secondly their app sucks, because it won't let me add items after I placed my order.

What...no meatball subs?!?!? I'm from Jersey, and I can tell you from experience EVERY sub shop in Jersey has meatball subs. I suggest you change your name to something more reflective...like Kansas Mike's.

I placed an order online and there is an option to put a name for whose food it is. I put birthday girl for my daughter, when I picked up our food and we opened it up. There was the sweetest note written to the birthday girl with a coupon for a free sandwich. I think it was very sweet of them to take time to write a note for someone for their birthday. Our order was made correctly and the food was great. 10 out of 10

Great sandwiches friendly staff it's a little small for sit-down dining, only three or four tables to sit at but Jersey Mike's sandwiches are awesome. Plenty of people came in while we were sitting to grab their sandwiches to go. They put plenty of meat on their sandwiches and if you make them Mike's way they're excellent in my opinion.

Management is great. Our granddaughter is visiting from California and we had planned to take her to West Port for a picnic and beach fun. We ordered sandwiches to pick up on the way out of town. On our way our car broke down on the freeway. When I called the store to let them know I would not be able to pick up my order. The manager was super gracious and offered to refund my order. With all the things that went sideways today this little act of kindness is greatly appreciated.
10/10 for service!

I want to tell you that the staff here at Oly Westside Jersey Mikes' are outstanding! They went above and beyond in helping me today.
My order went awry, (operator error), and when i arrived i was in a lot of pain physically, although they had no idea, i was just trying to track down my food, they were solicitous, kind, caring and thoughtful.
I want to shout out that you ladies made my day and i was crying as i left because it was just a last straw type event and the fact you did what you did just overwhelmed me. Your kindness was astounding and extraordinary. You touched me so profoundly, you can never know!
Thank you for your patience and your lovely gracious gesture.
I will never ever forget it.
