I had the most amazing experience today at this place. This young lady Esmerelda was the kindest, most bubbly, and helpful person Ive ran into all month. I got my sandwich all made and dreadfully realized I left my wallet at home and was so embarrassed and she read my facial expression and immediately responded with compassion and paid for my sandwich. What an amazing human being. The food is always bomb.com as well. Just sayin. Thank you so much
I had the best customer service here. Yesterday July 25th was my birthday. I don’t usually get birthday freebies, but I do with Jersey mikes. They make it so easy. I ordered my sub in a bowl (absolutely phenomenal) and in the custom section I explained it was my birthday and I requested extra pickles. Who doesn’t love pickles? Pickles are life!!! I’m serious I’m even in a pickle group on FB. Trust me here. My mom went in to grab me my order....
These folks made me an incredible sandwich. They were also patient with a tired Dad who just wanted a sandwich after having been traveling with teenagers and a dog for a whole week. My patience bucket was a little low, and they just smiled and were very kind. Thank you to this Jersey Mike's team!
