Absolutely terrible to-go service. The so called manager was VERY disrespectful and condescending. She needs some retrain on how to treat all customers. I've never been threatened to leave a store after asking how much longer the order was going to take. I seriously hope she is not the manager. However, the one waitress knew exactly how to speak to me and was very polite.

Dropped in for a light lunch. Vegetable tempura was delicious. Crispy, hot batter and tasty vegetables (today was carrot, two kinds of zucchini, taro and broccolini). Great tsuyu (dipping sauce). I grew up eating tempura made at home by my Japanese mom, so it was neat to find a place in Olympia making tempura just as good. (Sorry, mom!) Main menu ramen options looked good. Will have to return to try. Server was very friendly and helpful. Eating area was open and comfortable. Recommend you try this place.

Small portion and over price.

This is not ramen. It's as if someone once saw ramen in a photo and opened a ramen restaurant having never tasted actual ramen before in their life.

I've been here several times now and it's always phenomenal. Portion sizes are a bit large so prepare for take homes, especially if you get appetizers. The food selections and customization are great, the service is warm and friendly, and there's a wonderful atmosphere of casual yet pleasant dining. Custom ramen runs at about 20 a head with drinks, so it's not a bad first date choice. If you love ramen, this is the place to go. And I strongly recommend trying it, as it's by far the best ramen I've ever had.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian substitutes are expansive and very casually displayed on the menu in an easy to view and order way.Dietary restrictions: Staff was casual about my allergies, no questions were asked, and the plethora of options make it very easy to order safely and without risking any pain later.

The service was great. The food, delicious. The ONLY drawback was the earache from the pressure issued every time the door was opened. I will consider take out next time. Unfortunate because it is a cute little place.Parking: Typical downtown parking. Walking is difficult for me, but I was let out by the front door.

The food was inspiring! The pork belly was so flavorful and tender, some of the best chicken karage Ive had! Kaitlyn K was a truly a wonderful waitress. She was incredibly attentive, asked about allergies, and gave us the restroom code without prompting

Not sure how this was my first time here. Everything was on point: food, service, atmosphere! I will find my way back often since I can mix and match broths with noodles and protein and heat and everything!Parking: It's Olympia so roll in on a Sunday and parking is free.

The sign on the door is not kidding. We thought they were closed and forgot the open sign was on. While eating, every time someone opened the door, my friend could feel it in her inner ear. It was uncomfortable!

This was amazing! Beautiful depth of flavor, knowledgeable and food-impassioned staff who were eager to please and to teach about custom. We had the garlic chicken appetizer and it blew our socks off. The ramen was the best I've had.Go here if you want to feel valued, pampered, and very full.

This place is always good. I like that you can pretty much build your own custom ramen, so you know you're going to enjoy whatever you order. Super tasty each time I've been there. The agedashi tofu is really good too, I always get that as a side. Great food, staff is helpful if you have questions about certain items too.

Food 3/5Waitressing 1/5Cook staff 1/5If you plan on going bundle up it’s very cold inside. It’s winter right now and indoors couldn’t have been much warmer then 60 degrees.I ordered the BOY and chose Aromatic broth thin noodles Shayu base Tofu for my protein bases and shiitake and Meyashi for my veggies. The broth and noodles were cooked amazingly for mine! It’s my friends who had problems with their noodles they got regular and they weren’t cooked fully they still had a crunch to them. The broth for all soups was a 5/5 tho. The waitressing staff was a little neglectful. Our food too about 45 minutes to get to us and from the time we ordered to the time we got food the waitress never came to our table we had to ask how much longer. The wait time wasn’t a problem it was the no communication. When we asked the waitress about the noodles she brought over a cook and he was acting like we didn’t know what were talking about when we said the noodles were crunchy. I’m a huge noodle lover and can definitely tell when noodles aren’t cooked all the way. He tried to tell us we were eating bean sprouts so that’s ware the crunch was coming from. I did in fact try the noodles with nothing else. We weren’t trying to complain as we had eaten all the food but yet inform them. They did take 15% off the bill which we weren’t wanting but was definitely a nice thing. The staff was friendly just not attentive. Sadly due to the staffs attentiveness and cook basically telling me I don’t know the difference between a bean sprout and noodle this isn’t a place I will be returning to or recommending.
