This is by far the most superior sushi spot in Olympia. I’ve been coming here since 2009. High quality, super tasty seafood. Their bento boxes are the best ones I’ve ever had. The price is worth it.

Just visited tonight and as always, loved the food and service! Super sweet waitresses and delicious food. I ordered the beef teriyaki bento box and a plate of crab rangoons. My friend ordered the beef bulgolgi. We were both surprised at the fast service and generous portions. It's not often that my friend and I get to go out to eat, but I'm so glad that we chose koibito 🤤

I have lived in the Olympia area for the last four years and Koibito is one of my favorite restaurants. I see that they got new management, but I’ve seen that they’ve done some changes to the menu and I feel like the changes to the menu were great additions I don’t have any complaints. Will constantly recommend people to come here. Best food ever.

Pricing depends how hungry you are. 2 rolls for one person and a drink was $45 with tax and tip. Delicious and pricy, but it’s sushi so to be expected.
Vegetarian options: Burrito sushi rolls are vegan

Food was good. Husband and kids loved all their food. Especially the Yakisoba. The california roll was a little too much cream cheese for my preference. But overall great food with attentive service. And decent pricing!

9$ for a California roll? For less than 9$ you can get the ingredients to make 20 rolls. Who are they kidding? Super sad to see the new owners changed the inside, got rid of the good staff, and hiked up prices. No longer giving them our business.

New owners apparently? They completely changed the inside and it looks awful. All the staff is different from the same faces we’ve seen for almost 4 years. We spent 50$ on sushi and did not get free miso soup which is a new policy apparently. The prices went up drastically. We won’t be going back for subpar food with Seattle fine dining prices. Ridiculous and sad that they’re going to run themselves out of business. It’s also illegal to have one price posted but charge another so I hope they fix the website and indoor signage soon.
