I've been a patron of Kozy's for several years now. I had heard there'd been a change in ownership and that it's not what it used to be. I went there on lunch today to find out for myself. They had one guy taking orders who seemed to be the owner and one guy working the grill. When I arrived there were already a few people waiting which isn't uncommon. I placed my order for, A double deluxe. Pretty straightforward. Double cheeseburger really. People continued to arrive as we all continued to wait. 40 minutes later I got my burger. Just finished it. Shockingly, it was quite good. Tasted like it always has so I was stoked. That being said, the service was problematic to say the least. Their cashier who I can only assume is the owner was bickering with the guy on the grill and publicly. They were arguing over workflow on what should be prioritized, what he needed, etc. They did this in front of us. There must have been at least six of us waiting inside and out. The lack of professionalism was disappointing. The food was still good but I don't think I'll go back. There are other places who make a good burger like Tom's, or Vans!

New ownership has really let this place down.... very sad.... new hours are not convenient. Who doesn't sell burgers on Saturdays? Who doesn't post business hours on the door? Extremely disappointing..... I've tried to give the new owners a chance, but they're always closed now.....

Really sad about the ownership change. The quality has dropped in terms of menu and pricing. Just not worth it anymore, sad to lose another local joint. Can't recommend it at all anymore.

I ordered a double cheese burger plain with bacon and ham today and they put sauce all over it and only put 1 patty in. I even tipped them and they stopped answering their phones 20 minutes till closing.
My favorite mushroom swiss burger in town and their onion rings with the garlic jalapeno dip is awesome I love the no frills just good burger attitude and small town local vibe great place

We drive here specifically for the small town feel and to take the food to the park. All our food was wrong besides my son's hotdog my husband's burger didn't come with what it was supposed to and we were still charged $4 more. All our burgers are the same which I can't feed my toddler a burger filled with onions.
Kid-friendliness: Not good with modifications on orders
Wheelchair accessibility: Not much room for my walker so made due with me cane for this experience
One of the best burgers in town. Without a doubt. Never disappointed. Besides the fries, not great. But I could eat 10 of these burgers everyday for the rest of my life and never get bored. Would recommend to everyone on any day.
