THIS LOCATION IS NOT SAFE TO EAT AT.
They spit in my food on 2/2/2025. I immediately called the restaurant and asked for the number to the district manager.
I called the phone number that someone at the restaurant gave me and spoke to a man named Orlando. I gave him numerous complaints beyond this one.
The next day, JJ, who manages this location, called me on my personal phone. She told me that she has cameras all over the place and doesn't believe that this happened. She did not say that she looked at the cameras and no one spit in the food, she said she does not believe it happened. She's calling me a liar.
The public also needs to be aware that this McDonald's is printing duplicates of your receipt after you leave and filling out the corporate surveys with five stars to make this location look better. And they are asking developmentally disabled employees to do it. I will testify in court to this matter. I am no liar. This McDonald's is being run in an unethical manner and it needs to be investigated or shut down. Corporate and the health department are aware. And the Washington state District Attorney is being notified about the receipt review scam.

How can you serve this and call it food?? Raw fries every time and sucked up old dry inedible nuggets. At least you didn’t forget anything like you do every single time. This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to HANDS DOWN.

The place was dirty specially, when it’s at night knowing that place it’s been even worse not to mention the rude staff just look at us and other customers like we are from a different planet then they look around dumb it’s like they are waiting for somebody else to attend to the customers that’s if you get their attention even when you need a refill and it’s not packed they still act like they are standing around doing nothing until their break

This is basically a drive through only location due to the "lobby" being the most unfriendly location ever. Due to the issues on the Westside I assume they made these decisions but I won't be back to this location. Dirty, institutional and not family friendly. Nothing, including bathrooms or drinks are self serve or refillable and you will basically be ignored until you leave.

First of all- please if you can’t get stoned and function after, just wait til you’re off work!!! Second, we need just one person in the store that can approve refunds for those who are charged huge sums for an order entirely different from what they got. It’s insane to me that the staff member had to tell me he isn’t approved to refund and nobody else is either. I was handed a crate of milkshake/mcflurries and parked so at the point the guy is having me go back and forth about whether or not I ordered what’s in the back is sort of a battle I have to pick wisely if I want the ice cream to continue melting, by the time I brought them home my children didn’t even need the spoons and I paid $65 for that whole experience

Usually takes longer to prepare deliveries than the Harrison location, but the two dudes that run it at night have great customer service.
This has got to be the worst McDonald's in Washington. Every time I've gone here they've messed up something or forgotten it all together, but today is the worst one yet. Ordered 2 cheeseburger combo deal, a mcdouble meal deal and 2 happy meals with milk. When I got to the house and looked in the bag, both happy meals were not in there and the nuggets for the mcdouble combo weren't in there... That's like $15+ worth of missing food. The staff here obviously doesn't care about their job or taking any pride in their work...

Pretty good service at this location lately. Food is what you'd expect. Annoying to have to ask to use the facilities but I don't see how they could do it any other way. I'm sorry they have to deal with the riff raff in the area.
