I have new, non-optional dietary restrictions that I’m still navigating, and was really craving an ice cream type of desert. I saw on the website that they had low-sugar/low-carb options, but when I got in the store, it was hard to tell what flavors I could have from the labels.
I asked Michael for help, and he was incredibly sweet and patient even when the store was super busy. He even let me flip through the nutrition facts binder so I could find what flavors...

Menchie's was great. Super clean, while organized, and everything looked fresh. The toppings bar was fully stocked, the machines for spotless, and the stuff was friendly and quick. Definitely coming back
