We opted to dine here this evening and were delighted with the experience. We each ordered from their dinner specials which includes a started, a main course, and a dessert. Every course was flavorful and delightful. We also enjoyed a couple glasses of their house red wine, which was also a nice addition to our dining experience. We are only in town a short while, but if we have the opportunity to come back to Olympia, we will definitely patronize this establishment again.

We hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner at Mercato and could not have been happier with the excellent food, the service provided by Josh, our server, and the atmosphere of the room we reserved. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I have been a mercato loyalist for years. I have been coming here for over a decade. The last few times I have been here I have been left wanting . The food doesn’t wow like it used to, the environment feels a little tired and in need of a refresh. I still love this place so much and want to see it succeed. I just hope that they don’t become complacent and become another restaurant of the past in Olympia .
