Tried this place for the first time today as I had a friend over who has Coeliac. Absolutely amazing! The scones are so soft and fluffy and have an amazing flavor! I grabbed some for my aunt, who also has a gluten intolerance, and I can not wait to give them to her. Driving through Olympia and found this bakery on google. At first glance, the food didn’t look very exciting but let me tell you, it tasted and most importantly felt just perfect. One of the better gluten free bakery items I have had. I got a Hawaiian scone and the taste and texture were just perfect. Very fluffy and light and very balanced flavors. Loved every bit of it.

Such an awesome little spot tucked away near the Capitol! The inside is new and unassuming, but the staff are SOOO sweet and I love the baked treats! Not to mention that its all gluten free with tons of options that you couldn't find much anywhere else. I do hope this place stays up and grows into a staple of town!

The scones we bought are, to this day, the best gluten-free baked goods I’ve ever eaten, no exaggeration. The woman working the cash register was so kind and helpful. I visited Olympia Baking Co. For the 1st time yesterday and it was amazing. First of all the staff was super friendly! I had an amazing bowl of French Onion Soup and a bacon cheddar biscuit. I ate it right there at the cute little counter set up in front of the window. The flavor and texture of the biscuit had me going back for dessert.Before leaving I bought 2 scones for later and they were both delicious. One was chocolate chip coconut and the other was pumpkin chocolate chip, both yummy. I'm sad to say I live almost 80 miles from this bakery but next time I'm in Olympia this is one stop I have to make!
