Celiac safe foods, especially pastries are hard to come by and you do it sooo effortlessly.
I bought a scone. It was very expensive. It wasn’t my cup of tea. And while I appreciate the availability of gluten free for the folks who need it I myself am not a fan as it falls flat both flavor and texture wise too often.

Scones are missing something (butter?). Not sure if the ones we had were vegan or not, but they just felt like they were missing a key ingredient that the other ingredients tried to mask.
$30 for 3 scones is wild.
