Highest recommendation. Chef Willis is very welcoming! He had amazing flowers all around the shop adding to the ambience of this small yet giant place. We took a few things for the road and unbeknownst to us he added additional products. What a generous man! The savory products or amazing and of course that led to overeating.
Brought items for a meeting. The Chef makes enough for the day so things are fresh. I smelled the baking aroma as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. Gluten free for those who are looking. Call ahead for large orders.

We discovered his bakery by chance, the atmosphere is him and his music!
I would stop in Olympia just for his scones. His suggestion of seeing Tumwater falls was appreciated. Looking forward to our next visit!
