Amazing food truck serving authentic food in Olympia. I wish I knew about this food truck before. Stopped by around noon to order and they are popular. We ordered their chicken shawarma sandwich, falafel sandwich, fries with garlic sauce, fried cauliflower and everything tasted fresh & great. Food comes out pretty fast and they also have some beverages to select. Their sandwiches are pretty filling even without the sides. The only one feedback - I asked them for hot sauce to be added in my sandwich and it still wasnt spicy at all. Nonetheless, the sandwich was flavorful. Highly recommend this food truck. Every time I am in Olympia I will stop by here for sure.

It's easy to fool those who never had the privilege to have authentic food at the origin. Hard to fool those who had. As one who had the privilege to have this authentic food at the source, I can state clearly: it's as good! I am not saying it lightly. We took two Sabich sandwiches, one with Ambah (pickled mango), the other without, and one Falafel sandwich. Two orders of fries. All were delicious, authentic, impossible to leave until the very last bite. Fries were meaty, plenty, amazing. If you are an authentic food lover, a curious foodie, or just hungry, and you find yourself at Olympia's 4th Ave food truck conference corner, treat yourself to a sandwich and an order of fries. It will fly you, in an instant, to another corner of the planet, to a completely different palate, to a history of food evolution much older than anything you've imagined. You won't regret it.

I love this food truck. The best shawarma and falafel I have ever had. Ever. The best hummus, fried cauliflower, baba ganoush... I crave this place. There's a tiny coder bar, 3 other trucks to choose from.... Makes it very easy to go with a group, or pick up and go. I can't say enough good things about this place. So so good!

This is one of my favorite places to eat in olympia. The food is great. They are willing to adjust things for dietary needs. So vegetarian and Gf are easy to accomplish. I love the eggplant. The salads are great too.

Great location and easy to find parking. Between Arepa food truck and a cider spot. My husband really was craving falafel and I needed some salad so we agreed on this place.

I LOVE the food at Nineveh. My favorites are the Shawarma Salad, Hand-Cut Fries with garlic aioli, Fried Cauliflower, Baba Ghanoush, and Hummus. Their donuts served at the Filling Station are the best open secret in town. Truly irresistible. So why 1 star? These guys are the leaders of the pack for the trashy tipping trend in Olympia with a minimum programmed tip of 25%! It's a food truck, not a 5 star restaurant with your own personal attendant. I haven't been there for months because of the tipping policy and while I miss it, I don't miss it bad enough to support the gross business model.

I've heard such amazing things about this place, I went here for dinner yesterday and ordered the lamb/beef Shawarma, everything was so fresh and flavorful, and on top of it the service was great! The individual working was very sweet. I will definitely be coming back to try the falafel, per their recommendation

Great fast food of superb flavor , nutrition and quality. Wish they had a restaurant too. But I really love their food on the go and it's better than most other middle eastern restaurants.

I have never been to Olympia but now I have a reason to go! We were famished after a long road trip and found this gem of a food truck to quelch our hunger. Despite standing in the pouring rain for a bit waiting for our sandwiches, every drop was worth the wait. The wraps are absolutely HUGE. My partner is very particular with his swarma and he would return as well. I got the falafel sandwich, the falafel was crispy but not dry, and the only thing I would have changed was to have it a bit more spicy (I asked for extra hot sauce but it still wasn't enough for me). We also ordered the fries, but I'd skip these next time, the sandwich was practically big enough for two meals. Can't wait to swing by again next time I'm in the hood!
