Their food & drinks are okay. Not as good quality as some other coffee shops I like, but it's pretty good. People who take my order are very friendly, & I don't usually have to wait very long for my food or drink to be ready. If I do have to wait a while, that doesn't bother me because I'm used to waiting in long lines. It's not a very big coffee shop, but it does have some space for people to sit down.
I just moved back to town after being gone for many years and hadn't heard of this coffee shop. In addition to a really delicious cup of joe and peaceful ambience compared to the loud interior of the mall, Sophie and Megyn were delightful and gave superlative service! Definitely check it out if you're at the mall! 🦄🌈💖
Never had a bad experience. Customer service on point and always friendly. I appreciate that they serve cold brew with their protein shake as Gravity does not offer coffee with protein drinks
