Never had a bad experience. Customer service on point and always friendly. I appreciate that they serve cold brew with their protein shake as Gravity does not offer coffee with protein drinks
Esthetic and comfortable. Wonderful staff. Excellent quality, selection and pricing. I go here often. Its the Mall, but dont be shy, they open very early and have a door you can enter before the mall opens.
Excellent experience.I was shopping in the mall and feeling a little down and I said to the security guard, where is there an excellent independent coffee shop?And he pointed to northwest grind friendly service.Excellent coffee, good ambiance.Next time.I will have some of their sandwiches and pastries
