Loved it. Had the one meal where the skillet comes out hot and sizzling. It was delicious. Always a favorite. Fajita del Mexico. They bring it out sizzling and they give you some flour tortillas to wrap your own food in. Delicious.
I am gutted to hear my favorite and first Hispanic Restaurant that accommodated vegetarians is gone. I hope they reopen somewhere else but I know that Olympia rents are insane for businesses that maintain AFFORDABLE prices for their customers.
As of this posting Peppers has ceased business. The closed this last week. They will be missed. Unfortunately they had a space way too large to support there expenses
Went there to have dinner tonight. The place is empty and there's a sign in the window thanking customers for dining there for 28 years. But now they're closed for good.
I literally drive from Canada to come here. LOL! THE. BEST. MIDORI. MARGARITAS. Carne asada, pastor, all of it is soooo good.

Delicious food and drinks!! Love visiting peppers for the mole, but tried their crema sauce last night and wow was it good. They also deliver!
Service was extremely slow and honestly the food was kind of bland. We'd heard good things so perhaps it was just a bad night.

Although the food is generally pretty good, I am VERY concerned that several times I have received salsa that is so old that it is bubbling and fermenting.
They have a salsa bar, the food is delicious, and if you don't like spice, you'll do just fine. If you do like spice, add some hot sauce.
We wanted to try out a new restaurant.And have to say the service was very good.Delicious food.I had the fajita burrito with steak and it was delicious.My husband loved his combination dinner.

The best restaurant in Olimpia area and it will be way better staring November 21 the best chef is back to Peppers Jose Luis Ortiz. I will recommend all to try the food you will be able to fell the distance
