Very nice coffee house that has bean roasting equipment for * iñ house * roasting. Beans nicely displayed with new packaging artwork on them at the counter. Some coffee drip accessories and mugs for purchase are also on display for purchase. Open air atmosphere in the seating area and on sunny days the front garage style door is open.
I’m an Olympian, born and raised, who moved to San Diego three years ago. Unimpressed with the coffee offerings nearby, I have continued to order Olympia Coffee online in bulk to be shipped to me 1200 miles away. Olympia Coffee, bring back the 3lb bag!!!! Please. I’m stuck buying 3 12oz bags, a 2lb and a 12oz, 2 2lb, or a 5lb. The 5lb is so expensive, I cannot always afford to drop $110 at at once. At $66, the 3lb bag made it easier for me. Bought a bag of Morning Sun whole beans. Package says it's a darker roast. Darker than what? Water? We tried it three mornings in a row. With no other whole beans in the house, I had to switch to instant coffee. Morning Sun is NOT a dark roast. Sorry to say I was very disappointed.
