Really slow and food is a unique taste

If you’re in Olympia by Capital Mall, and you’re hungry for some good Pho; Pho Hoa is the place. They’re nice, fast, clean and the food is delicious. Not only that, but they take pride plating their food. It always look appealing, and the portion is just right. The prices is fairly the same like everywhere, but their establishment is the best in Olympia in my opinion. Most of the pho you go has good food, but terrible sanitation, and customer service. There’s only one other place that’s close to them , but they’re in a neighboring city. Give them a try, and see for yourself. Enjoy, and eat well.Btw, they also have a bubble tea attach to their restaurant.

Pho Hua is an elegant and comforting restaurant with fantastic food and pretty good service. The food was fresh and delivered quickly. Service was great except they could have checked on us while we were eating- I wanted to order something to go. It’s a bonus that happy lemon is next door in a conjoined building- headed there next! 🍜🍛🍚🍤🥡🥢🍽️😋❤️

Staff wasn’t friendly and not accommodating. Was only given a plastic spoon for a big bowl of soup. Never approached my table and soup was barely warm. Beware!

Loved the food

This is the first time I have eaten at this restaurant and it also the first time in many years that I've had an allergic reaction while eating at a restaurant.

I'm very sad to have to give this place a one star, but when it comes to health and safety, the bare minimum must be met.

I saw that there were items on the menu with shellfish and made sure to order a vegetarian item and tell the staff member that I was very allergic to shellfish. About 30 minutes after leaving, I started feeling ill.

I won't be back for my own safety and will also have to inform my vegetarian and vegan friends and family as well, since clearly even meat-free items have cross contamination with meat.

There was food under the table and chairs, the pho was not good. Little meat or flavor. Asked for napkins and never received and our waters had melted ice like it was sitting out for hours. Wish we had a better experience :(

I used to be a regular here. Before I give my cons. I will like to mention all my previous visits have been good. Food is good. Service was friendly.

But today gave me a bad taste with the atmosphere and service. I'm sure the food is still good but I left before I could even order.

When I walked in I sat at a table and was told by a server that I would have to move because the boss sits there but then proceeds to tell me I can sit there if I want which made zero sense. I moved anyways just to avoid any issues. But not even two seconds later a person sat in the same exact spot that I was asked to move from and no one said anything to this person at all . That was when I realized I was treated differently for no reason at all and I didn't feel comfortable eating there anymore. When I explained to another server of the situation she did apologize for the the other server which I appreciated. But I'll take my money else where from now on.

Atmosphere is so open and clean and fresh. The spring rolls are my favorite ever. The workers are so fast and kind. And the bubble tea right next door (attached) is so good!

Good stuff, i like I can order off their app and not pay stupid DD or Uber fees for pickup orders and i usually have a promo for a free roll every time.

New location is amazing and connected to Happy Lemon which is a plus. Only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is their portion sizes to go compared to dining in is a lot smaller, but they had our food ready in 5 minutes. I’m still so impressed with the quality of the food and how sweet the staff was. Definitely going to be coming here instead of Lacey from now on
