I have good memories attached to this place. The love of my life met up with me here on a whim, and we shared some tea together at a table along the left wall :)

This place seriously needs a wake-up call from ownership. We walked in at 8:37 PM while they close at 9:00 PM, and instead of being treated like customers, we were treated like a problem the entire time. The waitress immediately made it known that they ‘needed to be out by 9,’ creating one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences imaginable.

While we were eating, staff continuously stared at us, hovered around us, and made the atmosphere feel hostile and awkward as if we were doing something wrong by simply finishing the meal THEY agreed to serve us. That is not hospitality. That is terrible customer service and even worse management culture.

To the franchise owners and restaurant industry: if your establishment is open until 9, then act like it. Don’t punish customers for walking in before closing time. Customers should never feel rushed, unwanted, or pressured out the door after being seated. Experiences like this are exactly why chains lose loyal customers and gain bad reputations online.

What makes this even worse is wondering what other corners are being cut behind the scenes if basic hospitality and professionalism are this poor. Situations like this are exactly why customers lose confidence in restaurant standards altogether including concerns people report to the Department of Health when establishments appear more focused on getting customers out than properly serving them.

The food could be amazing, but when your staff makes people feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, none of that matters. Ownership needs to seriously evaluate what kind of customer experience is being allowed at this location before it damages the entire brand.

Based on this experience alone, this location absolutely does not even deserve a one star rating.

If you eat pho then you know its all about the broth flavor. This broth didn't taste like it was seeped for hours in beef bones and all the herbs ans spices. It tasted more like quick pho broth powder you get at the restaurant supply store.

My go-to spot was closed today so I tried the pho. I'll order something else if I go back.

Quick service and no wait time to sit. Large open space, very clean and bonus access to Happy Lemon.
We had the grilled pork vermicelli bowl which was so fresh and delicious. We also had the popcorn chicken and mixed meat pho (I don’t remember the name, beef and tripe)

First time eating at this large, fun pho restaurant--open to the bubble tea & smoothie place nextdoor--and it was great! We eat Vietnamese a lot, every where we go. This place does not disappoint. The Vietnamese beef stew w rice noodles was very good. Really recommended. The chicken pho was good too. The service was fast & friendly & the place just kinda happy. Recommended it!

Absolutely, amazing food. Everything is so flavorful, and always comes out hot and fresh. I definitely recommend the combination fried rice, The portion is big for the price. And it’s one of the only places that uses Asian sausage. And also the boba is so yummy. I started coming here once a week now, and the staff is always friendly and fast!!

Customer service here is the worse ever!!! I ask for a kid's water and they bitchin about it. What the heck? These people are so stingy; it's only damn small cup of water!!! I don't recommend you go here to eat pho. There are better places in Olympia, such as Pho Lynn down the street that offers authentic Vietnamese pho. In Tumwater, Pho 102 is the best when it comes to original taste.

The banh mi is pretty rough. The chicken is dry, cilantro and jalapeños are very sparse, and they squished the sandwich like they hated it.
