This place is AMAZING!! The service is amazing, authentic tasty food. It is not cheap, but it is QUALITY. Out of all the Pho shops in the entire Olympia/Lacey area this has the best Price with Quality with large portions I've had in awhile. I will be recommending and will be returning for sure. The music and the great decor is perfect for a date night, or just a casual lunch. Thank you for being here!!!!

Very expensive and the worst crab rangoon I’ve ever had. Over-fried and barely any actual substance. The bahn mi was very dry with a lot of fatty pieces. Great disappointment for over $30 worth of food.

A great Hội An inspired Vietnamese restaurant! A real treat to have bánh xèo and bún riêu! The herbs are fantasticly fresh and the flavors very rich. The wait staff appear to be a father and son duo who are very nice. We left feeling healthful and satisfied.

It was my 1st visit, but it won't be my last! I ordered the large Veggie Tofu Phó soup and it was delicious! I always order the large bowl because I can eat a lot ~ but their large is LARGE! I almost couldn't finish it ~ But I did 😉

I've been looking for good pho in my area, and although this is nearly an hour away I'll definitely be making the drive just for this. The broth is excellently flavored and portion sizes generous. The restaurant itself is very cute and quiet, and staff very kind and polite. I already can't wait to come back again. Thank you for the meal! 🙏

They’re welcoming, kind, and clearly dedicated not just to their craft, but also to our growing community. The space has been freshly redecorated, the menu has expanded with new items (and more coming soon!), and everything reflects the love they put into this place. Do yourself a favor and grab a jar of their homemade chili sauce — it’s absolutely delicious and takes any dish to the next level. Saigon Fusion #8 isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a community gem. So glad to have it back in my regular rotation!

I usually go for Phở, but today I decided to try the Bún Bò Huế with rare beef, brisket, tendon, and beef meatballs and it was absolutely amazing! The broth was rich and flavorful, with that authentic Vietnamese taste that really stands out. The restaurant itself is spacious and private, making it easy to enjoy a nice conversation without too much noise. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for great Vietnamese food.

We loved the restaurant interior, it was very welcoming and the decorations created a cozy atmosphere. Outside there are string lights, which adds to the ambiance.
