The pizza was amazing! They have live music on fridays and saturdays. I will need to come back when to hear the live music. I came with my 2 kids and it was great for families or as a date. It had a romantic vibe.

Loves this place! The service was excellent. They brought our order out quickly. The fact that they prioritize organic ingredients is amazing! Not to mention the price point being very reasonable.

The only improvement I would suggest is atmosphere could be better.

We went to Pizzeria La Gitana and the food was absolutely incredible! The carbonara pasta was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced — easily one of the best I’ve ever had. In fact, it was so good that I ended up ordering a second plate! The last time I enjoyed a carbonara this amazing was in NYC.

For the kids, we ordered two 9-inch pizzas — one cheese and one pepperoni — and both were delicious with fresh ingredients, flavorful sauce, and a perfectly baked crust. Everything tasted so fresh and authentic.

The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. Every bite was delicious, and the overall dining experience was top-notch. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic, flavorful Italian food!

Delicious Wood-Fired Pizza and Amazing Desserts!
We had a fantastic experience here!
The wood-fired Italian pizza was absolutely delicious - perfectly crisp crust with fresh, flavorful toppings. We really like one of its specialties; Prosciutto Burrata pizza , really yummy!!
The desserts were just as impressive
- rich, indulgent, and the perfect way to end the meal.
A big shoutout to our server, Eve, who made the evening even better. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout. Her warm personality and great service really stood out.
Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving authentic Italian pizza and a welcoming atmosphere!.

Got a take out salad and was charged $17.57 whereas the menu in the restaurant and the online menu shows $16 as the price. When I asked the waitress she said the lunch pricing is different than dinner pricing. However, it is not evident anywhere on the menu. I don’t recommend this place due to uncertain pricing policy.

Best Terimiisue (sp) ever. Took veggie daughter to dinner. Good vegetarian and pizza. Flamingo dancing our night but various artists entertain throughout the week.

I dont often leave reviews but this restaurant deserves every one. The atmosphere is absolutely stunning and our waitress Sarah was really good to us and the food was to die for. I was expecting just a regular old pizza but was completely blown away. If i lived nearby this would be a regular visit for me!!

While visiting Olympia, we paused for lunch at this lovely spot. My wife ordered the gluten-free tomato and mushroom pizza, which she really enjoyed. I went with the mushroom and onion pizza—flavorful and satisfying. We also shared salads topped with green goddess dressing, which were absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself was beautiful and pleasantly quiet for a Sunday afternoon.

The best pasta that I have ever had! I didn’t take the picture of pasta but it was great and I was surprised to staffs how professional they are. We enjoyed dinner and the price was acceptable even though the potion was not enough because the taste is great!
