My husband and I are in our late 60's. We stopped off at the Olympia Square location after my husbands cardiology appointment. We ordered, but the waitress decided she knew better and brought us what she thought we should eat. I ordered the Tillamook cheeseburger but got the small portion senior burger as did my husband. I know I'm a overweight, but its not her decision to delegate me to eating the small portion senior menu items.

Had the worst experience at the Olympia Square Shari's location. My husband and I ordered, but were not served what we ordered. We were both served the "smaller portion senior cheeseburger meal" The waitress took it upon herself to change our order just because we are a little overweight and older. I do not recommend this place at all, thought we still lived in America and had choices.

There were only 2 waitresses for the whole restaurant and 1 cook. Efficient but hard to keep up.
Used to eat here regularly. But tonight was the last time. One breakfast meal and one salmon dinner. Toast was very burnt, portions are smaller. Salmon had no flavor and very dry. Broccoli was mushy, roll was soggy and the potato meh. Service was mediocre. Spending my money elsewhere

not sure what was going on tonight but it was filthy... like the floors hadn't been swept or cleaned for several days, the bathrooms were abhorrent... i wont go into detail but it was bad... the food wasnt the greatest either... and based on the state of everything else i now am wondering about the food preparation areas being clean and up to code. overall very disappointed and sad to have spent 20$ on a lukewarm meal to be eaten in a dirty environment. I used to love Shari's really confused about what is going on here and frankly the health department probably needs to look in on them. The cream sauce that came on the chicken was curdling... cheese wasn't melted overall it was just very unappetizing. our slices of pie werent very good either :(
