I had never been to sonic before, i ordered a Butter bacon cheese burger with onion rings. The burger surely doesn't look like the picture, no bacon and flat like a McDonald's cheese burger. The onion rings tasted like a corn dog. So disappointed š
Ordered a drink and 2 milkshakes on the app after waiting in the stall the lady comes out and says the ice cream machine is broken. The ice cream machine being broken is a meme at this point. She said they canāt make it reflect that in the app, ya ok. Wait some more for refund receipt. Terrible experience

Food is fine, nothing to write home about. The issue is that no matter how many times I come here and order on the app, I NEVER get my sauce. Then, when I say āhey i didnt get my sauce with my orderā they still charge me for the sauce. And the sauce is really the only redeeming thing. They also take an absurdly long time considering theres never anybody here. Also, when they are out of stock, it never says so on the app. 9 out of 10 times I will have to void my order and re-order.

If I could give my experience today zero stars I would. I placed a two-drink order on the app. I get to the location and the stalls are closed for pressure washing. I waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes and when I got closer it looked to be only one employee working. The employee handed me my drinks and threw the straws and receipt into my car as he walked away he said āSorry maāmaā. My fiance tried his drink before we left and he realized it was not the diet sprite with strawberry and peach flavoring he ordered it was soda water with strawberry. We waited our turn to get to the front and we waited again though the employee saw us. I explained the situation and the employee argued that he could not fix this problem. Then said he could add stuff to the drink. He took the drink added im not sure what? He tried handing the drink back to me while there was soda all over the cup and spilling out of the lid. I asked for napkins as the drink would be all over me when he handed it to me. He did hand me the napkins with the drink ending the conversation by slamming the window. I come to this location for drinks at least twice a week its disappointing for customer service.

This place is always having āissuesā when in reality I think everyone here is to lazy to even do there job. Every time Iāve been they canāt make certain things or everything happens to be out. Go to the lacey location instead.

Horrible customer service. Parked in a space to get 2 sprites. Waited while they cleared the drive through twice. When they were finally brought to us the server was rude. To top it off the sprites tasted terrible, little to no syrup. Cant even get fountain drinks correct. This is the second time weāve visited with the same results. Donāt waste your time it money.

Edit- from the response I got on my initial review I called the number (link didnāt work) and I was given a $5 credit for my awful experiences, so today I gave them another shotā¦but still I canāt change my awful review. My food was brought quickly this time and fries wereā¦. Edible but just not good overly greasy and idk it just tastes like they are using old fry grease to me leaves a weird aftertaste. & The burger was again mushy, even though it was brought promptly and this time. it had a really awful taste I couldnāt put my finger on & this was new but it was so wretched I spit it out in the bag I couldnāt even choke it down. chalked it up to this place is only getting worse since opening & I have to stop giving them any more chances

*initial review * After many horrible experiences but yesterday was the topper that lost me as a customer. Served Disgusting soggy food after 30+ minute wait, horrible customer service. Upon arrival there were 4 cars in the parking lot slots & 1 car in the drive thru. I had ordered online and checked in within about 3 minutes. When you check in ,the menu board at your parking space welcomes you with your name as it did in my case so no indication of any issues. After over 1/2 hour wait I pushed the call button to inquire about my order. I didnāt push the call button sooner because these long waits are typical here, Iāve waited 20 minutes numerous times for a jr cheeseburger so I really didnāt think much of it. When the girl brought me my food she said oh the online system didnāt check you in (even though it greeted me on the board & said my order would be out) really I didnāt believe that as it happens all the time. But regardless if their system didnāt tell them and my food sat there for 30 minutes I think maybe they should give me fresh food. But it took me so long. , I had to listen to my kid wine the whole time about how long it was taking and I was hungry & didnāt want to wait another 1/2 hour for a simple jr cheeseburger & fries so I attempted to choke it down immediately. The burger was cold, bun was soggy, the lettuce had been sitting on a hot burger so long so it was just hot slimy mush same with the Tomato. But the fries ā¦. Iāve NEVER even seen fries turn into a mushy pile of grease like this. They all stuck together in a big wad of greasy mush. I thought I could handle the grease & mush but even the taste was off like it was old nast fryer grease maybe. Especially lame because I left another more reliable fast food place to come to sonic thinking it would be better quality food. In the end I was stressed angry disgusted still hungry angry and almost in tears of frustration. I will make sure I warn others about this place

5 orders took an hour. One of our kids meals came with just the fries, the other had condiments when it was supposed to be plain and my wife's burger had no cheese. We had to wait another 30 minutes to get those back. Super sonic cheese burger was THE WORSE I have ever had. It was cold, greasy and and lacked any seasoning. It seems like they only had 1 guy working. We have eaten at several Sonics and this one, by far, was the worst. The car hopper guy, who I think was the manager, did his best, I guess.

Stalls are closed due to only 2 employees working. Ordered a mini peanut butter shake, Oreo peanut butter master shake, and large groovy fries. They put a spoonful of peanut butter on top of soft serve, put a lid on it for the mini shake. The master shake is very thin/watered down, like itās almost all milk. The fries taste like burnt oil. This location had given me issues the last 3 times Iāve been here from messing up the order to giving wrong info etc. Please train your employees and get better management to overseeā¦

Ordered a peanut butter shake and got vanilla ice cream with a scoop of peanut butter in it. Why it wasnāt blended into the ice cream beats me.
I've gone here three times. All three times I have waited at the window for 20 minutes or more. It is never fast, sometimes I'm just getting a meal for myself, another time just two blasts, and the third time was a meal for me and my daughter.
