Easy to use app. Order ahead and drive up to pick up food. Good service. Sausage burrito is not worth the $3.99 price. It was super small, with very little fillings and flavor. A little egg and even less sausage. It was worse than the super small mcdonalds breakfast burrito. The tots were good.

Mozzarella sticks had patches of raw breading, the burger had a hint of lettuce, on small tomato slice and was very dry. Not worth half the price I paid. KEEP LOOKING FOR A BETTER RESTAURANT. Edit: zero stars after finding a hair in my burger

Staff is really rude at night, I made an online order and pulled up to the screens to check in and she quickly came on to very rudely tell me that they aren't coming out and in the middle of me telling her I had an online order (because she said unless i have an online order I have to go to the drive-thru) she cut the speaker and then didn't answer again. Had to go through the drive-thru, where they were then rude to me again, and I almost just made them refund me and go somewhere else. Else. This isn't the first time, I don't know if there's just no manager at night or what's going on but they are extremely rude.

There speaker box in the drive thru has been broken for years and it's only getting worse. The last time I drove through I could hear whispering in the background. And the people that work there aren't the nicest. I've had awful service and tons of attitude before. As in any fast food I'm sure it just depends on who's working. They do have amazingly delicious drinks.

Only one in the whole lot and still took 10 minutes. They said sorry for your wait but we got all your sauces lol which I had to pay for smh. Honestly that doesn't bother me .
What does is the burger is so salty it's like drinking salt water. Even ketchup can mask the saltness. Never have had this issue at any sonic. First time there won't ever go back. At least this location

I went to Sonic last night to get a smash burger and a drink for my kids. I ordered on the app upon arriving so it wouldn't take too long as it was getting late. It ended up taking the girls working over 20 minutes to bring out my food (4 whole items) after I checked in on the app. They were playing around in the parking lot before I checked in, so I knew they weren't that busy at almost 9pm on a Tuesday. The ladies working all came out of the back door laughing and playing around again when bringing out my order. I then opened my burger to find cheese and onions on it. Which wouldn't be a big deal, but Im allergic to dairy products and raw onions. Sonic has a pretty awesome cross contamination ethic, so I figured it would be okay to special order my burger without those items, as I have many times before. I drove over to the drive-thru window and explained what was going on. The young girl working immediately started cussing about the burger being made wrong. She took it back and said they would remake it exactly the same, but without cheese and onions on it. It then took them over 15 minutes to remake one burger for me. I should have known better than to drive away and not check it first. As soon as I opened the burger up, I noticed it was literally just a couple patties, a little bit of sauce, and a ton of onions on it. At that point I knew it was a lost cause, and I just needed to throw the burger away and head home. The three ladies I could see working, were just playing around and having a fun time the whole time we sat there waiting. There were no cars in the drive-thru but myself, and nobody in the car hop area at all. The girl cussing about the burger being made wrong, was the only one running around doing anything. While the other 2 girls were hiding in the back, playing around the whole 45 minutes I was there. I am very dissatisfied, and will not return to this location ever again. I also feel the night shift friend group they have working here, needs to be looked into.

Uber Eats driver here we came to get the order. It wasn’t made we waited thirty minutes. Order verified, they still gave me the wrong order. Then when we tell them they get mad and yelled at me. Like it’s not my issues.

We went through the drive thru. It has a great price for pretzel sticks. We get our pretzels before we go to the mall because they are so expensive at the mall and Sonic is friendlier. Thank you

It’s a fun experience and the staff was very nice. However, the food was awful. Very old stale fries, stale buns for the burgers and excessive amounts of large chunks of onion….like half a big onion on there. Won’t return.
