Ordered a standard cheeseburger meal and it looks like your standard meal. Nothing special about it. We also ordered nuggets which they forgot to bring out. We had to go in and grab our order which defeats the whole point of a drive-in?

3 times, same crew, same order. Ultimate meat and cheese burrito. Cherry slushy with nerds.
Received... A very tiny burrito with a tiny smidge of cheese at the bottom of the burrito. No tator tots or anything else that makes it the ultimate meat and cheese burrito. Slushy. Half syrup all frozen ice. No nerds.
3 times isn't a one off or a fluke. It means your people need to be retrained on recipe standards.
And this morning... 4 minutes just standing there chatting with each other while my food gets cold. Burrito in a bag sitting on the counter. Drink. Sitting on the counter. Crew... Chatting about lists and ideas about how to get people to check off the lists etc.
Disappointing doesn't begin to cover this experience.

Tuesday night 10:30pm ish. Hubby Ordered a Tripple Smash burger, large tots, strawberry lemomaide and I ordered a Foot long coney chili cheese dog w/ onion and a coke. Well the tripple Smash burger was soggy thin ass Patty's and slimy cheese with a blob of sauce in middle. Taste like it was old. The tots were stale or old taste. The lemonade taste like water with strawberry chunks. Now for my hot dog. Taste old and smelled bad. Tiny bit of chili messy cheese soggy stale bun. The tots were cold some frozen in middle old tasing freezer burnt taste. The coke taste like moldy fountain taps. I paid $30 for food we couldnt eat and even left a tip. VERY DISAPPOINTED VERY DISCUSTING. WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WERE TELLING EVERYONE WE KNOW NOT TO EAT THERE.

took over a hour and a half when i was here last time for two drinks, this time it has been over 20 minutes and still no drinks and when i pressed the order button to see if the order was still there she said it would be out any minute it has know been 30 minutes what used to be my favorite spot for fun drinks is now a 2 hour excursion

Tried sonic again today after the last bad experience. Still bad service. Was trying to make an order and the person was extremely rude. Messed up our order, and didn’t give us everything we ordered. Won’t go back again.
We were literally shocked with how rude the person was taking our order.
Horrible. The food was way over cooked and just wasn't good. Stay away from this sonic

Mozzarella sticks are always fine for me but TODAY I got a cheeseburger. Got were the buns hard and the patties hard.. not the sonic we use to know. Not sure ill ever get anytbing by Mozzarella sticks now.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I pulled into a drive-up stall at Sonic, placed my order, and was prepared to pay cash. After waiting over 30 minutes with no food and no communication, I pressed the button again only to be told they had no record of my order. No apology, no offer to make it right. Just complete dismissal.
Then it got worse.
An employee came out and said she saw me pull in when she left for her 30-minute break... then accused me of lying about placing an order. She laughed at me, told me I wasn’t getting a discount, and actually threatened to take my license plate number and have me trespassed if I caused any more problems.
I was calm. I never raised my voice, never cursed, never acted out. I was shocked and honestly shaken. I called my husband in tears because I’ve never been treated like this anywhere. I even tried calling to speak to a manager. No answer.
To the management at this location: I strongly encourage you to review your cameras and take a hard look at how your staff is treating people. I didn’t deserve this, and no one else does either.
