First time at the Sonic and it was a horrible experience. When we got there we pulled up to the front and straight ahead of us were picnic tables and there was a gentleman on his break I believe a young dark-skinned bigger build t big big big black hair, he was sitting directly in front of us at the picnic tables that are intended for customers he was there on his break and all he could do was cough and hack can't wait till it snows with the back of his hand and the worst part was him spitting about 5 or 6 loogies and on the ground where customers will sit ancient will be playing underneath the table with the snot! When I called the manager the next morning I didn't even get it I'm sorry we totally wasted about $30 because we did not want to eat after seeing all that!! I called the manager the next morning and she was old now that we're aware of it will take care of it didn't even ask me what table he was sitting at so they can go sanitize it and I didn't even get it I'm sorry horrible customer service from the manager I don't believe it was the store manager because this person said she was a manager but the big boss was on the phone, I forgot to mention after seeing him wipe his face in his snot from his nose on the back of his hand he then opened the front door to go back in let me start bringing food out to people disgusting I will never be back!

This place is ridiculous. Three times I have gone here and all three times left with zero food. They are rude. I go through the drive through no answer.. and a sign on it that you can't read. Go to a stall and was greeted with a ..Sup! Yo we are only taking orders through the drive through. (Yo? How about..Hi thank you for coming to Sonic. I'm sorry but our stalls are closed bit id love to take ypur order at the drive through. Yes I am a manager) I asked about the sign..was disregarded with..only taking orders through the drive through..so I drove through, to another establishment. Absolute last visit to this place. Time to clean house Sonic.

On Easter Sunday, 7:30pm, I came to this location to pick up a Doordash order for a customer (Marissa E.). The inst from Sonic stated to go to a stall. I pushed the red button waited at that stall for over 10 minutes, and even changed stalls and tried again. A young guy with dark hair and brown tone skin looked at me from the door and said nothing. I went to the door and said this is a Doordash order. He acted unprofessionally (my passenger also observed) by swinging his arm and said "drive thru." I went to the drive thru speaker and said Doordash and name of customer. He said "ah-riight." Do to their lack of professionalism and laziness.Our customer had to wait an extra twenty minutes plus I lost money by having to sit idly for all that time. This location, as well as all sonic locations, was dirty with full trash cans and trash outside. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We stopped for lunch, After a 20 minute wait someone finally brought out the wrong order. Once we returned it, we decided to cancel and request a refund. The young woman told me I was rude because I no longer wanted the order just a refund. They of course have lost our business but I'm assuming they don't care.

Every time I've gone there every single time they said the shake machine was broken usually that's whatever but recently just got there and they said they just closed but online says they're open till 11:00 but they refuse to serve me

If ur a dasher don't accpet offers from this sonic! Everytime I come here ita a guaranteed 15 min wait for 2 freaking hot dogs!! Wth?! Needs better management.

Me and the husband went on a weekday morning to get a quick breakfast. When we pulled up to the car hop one employee got out of his car and went and sat on the bench with another employee. The older woman taking orders went quickly walking from somewhere outside back in to take our order. Ordered twin French toast sticks, the order taker runs out to get other 2 employees sitting outside, we assume they would make the order, we were wrong, sat for over 20 min and never got our food. Luckily the pay outside machine didn’t work cause we left and went to McDonald’s. We were the only customers and now we know why. Will never be back.

On a Friday at 6pm how do you get fries that are stone cold and so hard they felt like they had been microwaved couldn't eat them. Also didn't get the corn dog I ordered with my meal, I could tell the young kiddo at the drive through wasn't really paying attention. Sadly, won't be back even though it's right down the street, and generally like Sonic.

I like the eat-in-car experience. The menu has slimmed down and there isn't much exciting to eat. The food is usually barely presentable: chilli dogs with the wrapper smashed into the sauce, wilted burgers that look 4 hours old, and sauces pouring off the edge of burgers instead of in the center, where you can eat it rather than wear it. I will end up eating here again, I'm sure. But this restaurant should step up their game and put some effort into their food.

They were obviously understaffed. I waited 6 minutes before someone told me I had to go to the drivethrough. There, I was told the special advertised had expired that day, so I didn't get the price point. I was hungry so I got the food and paid double the price in the tv ad. Two cars ahead of me. Another 5 minutes or so to order. I finally got my order around 30 minutes after I first arrived. The food was okay. The person at the window was calm, pleasant and polite, but over-multi-tasking, apologizing for the delay. It will be a while before I go back.
