Disaster. Zero customer service and respect. Look at the reviews. The owner instead of apologizing customers and invite them again to provide a better service, is arguing with negative comments. Accept the fact and improve your service.For one of the reviews you mentioned you knew who weren’t happy with your services, but why you didn’t approach and ask if they needed anything?Stop proofing yourself by disrespecting people in comments and go improve your services and teach respect to your employees. This place will keep receiving negative reviews. Witht his type of customer service, it’s obvious.

Really tasty food, beautiful place but not great for a quick stop. Went in for a to go sandwich order and it wasn’t until 45 minutes later that I was out the door. So not an ideal spot for a work week lunch but maybe for lunch with friends when you have a lot of time! I really appreciate all the gluten-free optionsUpdate: I really appreciate you all responding to me! The reason I removed stars is although you make fresh food, 45 minutes is a long wait even for sit down restaurants. I want to try you again, but I just think that’s a long wait for a sandwich to-go. There wasn’t a line and when I arrived and it wasn’t very busy. Again, loved the food but learned my lesson to not to do a to-go order

First, the food is so so tasty! I am only giving three stars because for the price, the portion sizes were so small. We ordered two different full sandwiches. Both were so delicious but more like the size of just over half a sandwich- they use small bread. We were also one of the very few customers inside and it took quite some time for our order to be ready. I would go back in a heart beat if the sandwich sizes matched other places and service was a bit quicker.

Worst experience ever. We got 3 coffee, all tasted like water. No coffee was in it. Sandwiches had no meat in it and it tasted awful. We asked for the heater and they didn’t turn it on. Not sure how this place got these many good reviews. By far it was our worst experience in a coffee/sandwich shop. Also it’s super expensive. This is totally rip off.

Seemed like a nice place. Paid $18 plus tip for a drip coffee and a sandwich. The coffee was completely full of grounds from the first sip to the last, I had to chew the whole thing. The sandwich tasted pretty good but not worth the price especially with how small it was. Not happy about this experience at all.
