It took a *little* bit longer than I expected for the food to be made but, otherwise, there's nothing I could complain about. The sandwich I had was amazing, and I wish I wasn't just visiting Olympia so I could have explored the menu further. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere is eclectic and fun. :)

What a gem Soul Cafe is, with a unique, welcoming, unassuming vibe. The gluten free buns and their luscious fillings are so comforting and savory. The food after two visits here in 2 weeks, earns 5 stars on its own, but there is much more to love about this place. The owners and staff truly have heart in the game, and their warmth and kindness matches the delightful flavors of the comfort on a plate they serve. Food was not 'spicy hot,' yet they clearly are masters...

Amazing cafe and very earthy vibe. Had one of their special cardamom roast with a danish. Out of the world. Definitely recommend checking them out. The staff is super friendly and very loving ☺️
