I went to this location earlier today and expected just a typical starbucks experience. however i learned that there are some people that are made for customer service and the lady who served me was one of them. I didn’t get her name but she is from jacksonville florida and she was the absolute sweetest person i have ever met and gave me the best service i have ever received at any place ever. If this girl is making minimum wage you need to up that because she is fantastic.
I try not to go to Starbucks too often because I do like having some variety in my neighborhood and not have every store have a green Banner that says Starbucks on it, but I do have to say that I appreciate the bathrooms that they provide. They keep it clean so that I can use it with some happiness, and it makes me feel like I owe them a purchase healthy coffee, so I do get a coffee.
Adventured out to Lacey to meet my friend and went to go get coffee at Starbucks in Slater-Kenney and literally got cut off in line by 3 cars an employee came out to take orders asking if I was in front of them and told them three cars cut me but we dont know what we want to order yet so when getting our order and going to go pay they said our whole order was comped. I asked why is it comped the employee that was outside taking orders was the store manager and she felt bad I got...
