Not sure why the rating on this location is so low? Is it because it only has a few seats? My daughter and I stopped by for breakfast and observed the staff being extremely welcoming, accommodating, and courteous. They knew several customers by name and even helped an older gentleman with his Starbucks account when he was having trouble.
