I don’t know if they changed the rule; but when I worked at Starbucks you were not to shut the drive thru window if there was a car there. At my visit this morning, I had placed a mobile order to streamline the process as I was trying to make it to work. The barista said they hadn’t even begun working on my order when I got there, which I understand given a lot of people place orders in the mornings on the way to work. However, this employee handed me my drink and only one of my 2 food items (even though I could see the other one sitting right there), said goodbye then proceeded to SLAM the window shut, turn around and completely ignore me. I tried getting their attention by lightly tapping on the glass to no avail. I had to sit there and wait for that employee to mosey on back to the window and ask why I was still there to which I responded that I did not get all my food. He said “oh I can see that here now,” he then handed me the pastry and SLAMMED the window shut AGAIN. Very disappointed in the service. I also ordered Siracha with my sandwich that I did NOT receive…

When is a Starbucks not a Starbucks? This “Starbucks” doesn’t take Starbucks cards or app. Be honest, call it a Barnes and Noble coffee bar that serves Starbucks coffee.

Horrible experience with this location on Friday,9/13/2024 at 9:00 pm when I tried to purchase coffee for me and my family I drove in the through line but unfortunately was closed until now ok I won't go back home I found a big truck closed the line this truck unload products to Starbuck I stick I ask them I have kids in my truck I can't back should continue to drive the driver refuses and the big problem there is lady where Starbuck shirt unbolt and she screams with bad word and when I said to her I will report all single word you said and I will put a review on your site she continues with a bad word to me and my family I think should choosing the people to work in Starbucks location. I had hard long hard time to back with my truck!

already not a starbucks fan, but I was feeling nostalgic for the holiday drinks while book shopping. I got the NASTIEST attitude from the person at the counter, they literally rolled their eyes when I asked “how are you” and was acting so irritated and impatient while I ordered. I asked for an americano and they audibly sighed, like I asked them to go harvest the coffee beans and roast them from scratch!!! bro there was no line in front of or behind me, why are you acting like you’re too busy to deal with me? also the coffee was nasty so thanks for the reminder that starbucks is trash :)

caught a serious attitude from the man at the register because apparently this starbucks doesn’t accept the starbucks app for payment - which is fine - but didn’t need to be spoken to like i’m ignorant for attempting to use the same form of payment i’ve used at every other starbucks ever. it’s called customer service, my friends.
