If I could rate no stars I would. We placed an online order for a sandwich and picked up the order was wrong so I called in and explained the situation and asked if she could leave a note for the manager cause I wanted a refund. And the employee HUNG UP ON MEand was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I was being very polite was saying please and thank you. I understand it’s fast food but it’s not that hard to make a CHEESE SANDWICH

Ordered via the app and when I got there to pick up my food I was impressed with this subway. They had a lounge like area which I've never seen before. But the thing that caught my attention the most was how their food was presented. Someone took pride in prepping these meats, cheese and veggies especially the tomatoes. It could be the older lady (sorry I didn't catch your name) or perhaps other unseen employees but she/they definitely take pride and it shows. My food was made exactly how I made it via the app and tasted great. I can't say anything about these reviews about the drive thru but the app is working perfectly. And to the older lady that made my food I hope you had a wonderful day

I ordered a sandwich in the drive thru, using the screen to select exactly what I wanted and the lady working made it completely wrong. She added things I did not want and that I’m allergic to. I had to throw out my entire sandwich when I got back to work. Very disappointed.

Spent 18 dollars for a footlong-sub in the drive through. It was one of their promotions on the screen so I just continue through the toppings and cheese since they're already HIGHLIGHTED. After paying I receive a sandwich and drove away. They gave me a Footlong piece of bread and some meat NO toppings No cheese. GFY learn your own menu. When the order says (Outlaw Sub +black pepper) I expect an OUTLAW SUB and a bit of black pepper thx. Edit: Also I went back and they refused to give a refund because they "didn't have a manager on shift"

We went to this subway because of the drive-thru. I don't know how other subway drive-thrus are, but the order apparatus is electronic and kinda similar to the app... what's the point? The lady who took our payment and the gentleman that handed us our food were very kind. ... but when I got home to eat my sandwich: there was no lettuce, and I could not taste the vinegar I'd requested.
...it is a very rare occurrence that I am in the mood for subway... ...I am *very* disappointed
