Usually get food togo but sat down and ate today. The reason I am writing this review- Jennifer. She helped us with our order. 3 elderly people came in while we were eating and couldnt figure out the kiosk very well, one of the guys was even a bit rude but Jennifer handled it with care and patience! Jennifer deserves this shout out and 5 stars! I hope next time I come she is here again!

It’s hit or miss every time I go here. My order often gets made wrong. My last two orders were for delivery from thier app. The restaurant messed up my nachos bell grande and when I contacted customer service for a refund, they just sent me a $5 off coupon instead. Same issue with the previous order being made incorrectly but that time they actually gave me a refund. I will not be using thier app again since they don’t care enough to make my food correctly and to refund my money when it’s wrong. Also it takes them days for them to get back to you. It’s frustrating! A few months ago my Mexican pizza was delivered to me really screwed up, they forgot the shells & cheese. It was just beans and beef in a container. I was like wtf?! So I drove there & asked them to remake it & the employee went off on me saying she made it how the order said, I was wrong and she was right, then she started screaming and swearing at me when I told her no she made it wrong and showed her my receipt as proof.instead of just apologizing for her mistake & trying to make it right she acted horribly! Her rudeness and temper tantrum were a huge overreaction and shameful. She was ranting and raving while running around the kitchen causing a scene. Her manager was right there watching the whole incident and remade my food while apologizing for the other woman’s actions. I haven’t seen her working there since but I always use the drive thru. As a regular customer here I expected more from Taco Bell and thier employees!

I bought two cheesy double beef burritos, a nacho fry, and a two pack of cinnabons. My buddy ordered four cheesy double beef burritos. Our orders were both $10. The food, service, and atmosphere were five star.
Less than a tablespoon of meat on the chalupa. It's more like a salad than anything.

This location has always been slightly worse then all the others in the area but today was so bad I have to leave this review. Came in around 10am ordered my food and noticed the front counter was sticky because of course they don't use it anymore so why clean it, looking closer me and another person with me saw ants all over. Then to top it all off all the sodas in the dispenser were flat. Will be making sure to make the drive too Tumwater where they actually care about quality and cleanliness.

Every single time I order tacos separately and a a meal/box/or anything that comes with tacos they never give me the right amount of tacos. If I order three hard tacos and crunchwarp meal I only get 3 tacos not 4. This is fine if it happens here and there but this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. This is extremely annoying.

My online order got messed up when it was supposed to give me a free reward and instead charged my account 😅 seems small but I was already having a awful day. But even though I didn't have time to come fix it because I was on my lunch break, they were amazing and heard me complain anyway and even gave me a couple free taco coupons to soften the blow. Kinda made my day. Thanks for hearing me out. I know the apps are their own things. 🙏
