Really nice Mexican/Brazilian food. Great location, right across Pilot truck stop. Food is authentic and really fresh. Tried their asada quesadilla and shrimp tacos. Shrimp tacos are out of this world. I haven't had this good of a tacos for a decade, quesadilla was good as well! Every time I park at Pilot I got to have their food. Service is dreat. Take your food to go or eat it right where your order it, they have couple tables under the cover, so you can enjoy your food...
If you are looking for a spot that has good tripa this is it. This place is not like the other places that burn it to a crisp when cooking. It has just the right amount of char while maintaining full flavor. When we’re re in the area we will definitely be back here.
I’ve been stuck in this area for about a week now and ate here several different times. The food is good, The people are friendly and the wait time is minimal. I’ve traveled all across our great country and this food truck is definitely amongst the greatest. If you are south of Tacoma check out the taqueria el eldorado. They are located across the street from the truck.
