Pretty, expensive... The tacos are small in size. I wish the sauce was homemade and not a cheap store brand. You could pay that price for homemade tortillas. So maybe. I think this guy has potential. He has prime real estate. Maybe I can steal it and put it in a quality place.
I'm a CA native and have eaten at A LOT of taco trucks. Since moving from CA to WA, I've tried many with mixed results. Taqueria El Dorado is without a doubt the best taco truck I've tried in the Thurston/ Mason county area. The shrimp tacos are absolute perfection. Delicious, juicy, and the sauce is a perfect complement. If you're used to CA style Mexican food, you will be very pleased with this taco truck.
Definitely give this place 5 stars. I ordered the shrimp burrito and I absolutely enjoyed it. I will say the food is very filling so I definitely wouldn't plan on having a big dinner if you eat here for lunch because it will fill you up and last you the rest of the day. 5 stars to this place and I definitely recommend if you wanna change things up.
