Authentic and delicious pho! The broth was flavorful, the portions were generous with lots of meat, and everything tasted fresh and well made. Service was friendly and fast, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Definitely one of the better pho spots around.
Best pho I’ve had in a long time! Thuy’s Pho in Olympia really hit the spot - the broth is flavorful and comforting, and everything tastes fresh and homemade. Service was friendly and fast, and the portions were generous. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!
I've been by about 3 times now and had something different everytime. The banh mi, pho, peanut curry, have all been incredible. The crab wontons and spring rolls are quite tasty.
Everyone there works hard and is kind and polite to me whenever I come by. The drinks can vary in taste- sometimes too sweet, sometimes perfect, generally always pretty good though. I find the prices on par or better to the portion of food. Have been to a few other Vietnamese restaurants...
