The pho broth tasted so good! The beef brisket was thinly sliced and as soon as I added my broth to the soup, [I ordered TO-GO] the broth was so hot it cooked my steak like it was supposed to. I also ordered the fresh rolls with chicken and shrimp, yummy! Although, I would have loved some of the sweet and sour sauce to dip them in, however only the peanut butter sauce was with it. Otherwise, a really good place to go for some good pho. Will not be disappointed!
I’ve been here a few times and it’s never disappointed. My favs have been garlic noodles, peanut curry and lemon grass chicken. Fresh, flavorful, very clean place and excellent service. It’s worth a visit for sure.
Best Pho I've had in Olympia. Very fragrant broth.
Servers are courteous but some still working on English. Sometimes you need to ask for a decent sized basil :P
You can buy broth here to take home & freeze which not all pho places do. I do this because I love their broth
