This is such a great space for the community. Steamboat Island is a tight knit, warm, and welcoming community, and Tipsy Whale welcomes everyone (even dogs!). The food trucks on site are always amazing (especially Messy Mark's!), and the people are so nice. Great spot!
TW is a wonderful place to grab a drink and hangout with friends! They are friendly and their adult beverage selection is vast. There are even good food options from other vendors available in the parking lot. However, and this is a significant negative, the inside of TW smells like a urinal cake. The chemical smell is so overwhelming that even upon approaching the doors to enter TW, it’s very strong. So, sadly, as much as we like to visit TW, we only go when the...
What a lucky find!! Fantastic beer list! Even got a bottle of Russian River’s Blind Pig after a local IPA draft. Jodie was great! Fun to talk to, and helpful with the beers. We are traveling- otherwise this would be our go-to local hangout!! Thanks Jodie!
