Our whole family visited Tim Hortons in Osoyoos, and we were truly impressed. The staff was friendly, respectful, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. You can tell they genuinely care and do their best. It made our visit feel special.

“I simply cannot relate to all these sad and bad reviews of horrible customer service. Literally every one of the staff is super sweet to me. Kindness and compassion goes a long way in my opinion, and especially patience!. Yes I have gotten the wrong drink in the beginning a couple of times but they always corrected it with a smile on their face. I understood that it was their first couple of weeks opening. And it never happened again after that. That shows improvement!
They are all humans like us trying their best plus they came a longgggg way from their grand opening so I’m giving them credit for that.
I absolutely adore this Starbucks and everyone working in it. My drinks are always delicious and they always do it the way I like. They get a 5 star in my book!!!! 🌟
