I’ve been going to the Hornets Nest in Oroville for… probably over 40 years at this point. Just got back in town and was excited to see it still open. Different owners, of course, but the burgers are just as good as always. Good shakes too. And they’ve added some Colombian dishes I can’t wait to try more of. The empanadas are really good! Also, the staff are fantastic.
This little family owned Burger & milkshake place makes some super tasty Columbian food & drinks, too! They treat you like family and always have the biggest, most genuine smiles to greet you & say farewell!
What a great find! We were taking a little day drive with a plan to go to another restaurant that happened to be closed on Mondays. When I searched "restaurants open near me" I saw that this place served Columbian food and was intrugued.
As always when I go to somewhere new, I ordered about 5 different things to get to try a wide variety. The burgers were fine but the Columbian food was awesome!
