Wow, great authentic New York style pizza. I had a cheese pizza that was cheesy and slightly salty it was crazy good. Then the wings, they were also very good served with blue cheese and celery. I would ask for my wings to be well done next time. The big ones needed to be more crispy. Free refills on soda pop. I sat outside and just enjoyed people watching while eating. This was my first time to go to Route 66 pizza. I was thoroughly impressed. The 2 ladies that took my order were fun to talk to and took time to explain their rewards plan. The pizza is really delicious but a bit overpriced in my opinion. I went in yesterday to pick up an online order and there was ONE employee working the cash register, phones and serving tables. I waited in line for about 10 minutes just to sign the check slip (I had already paid) and grab my pizzas.
