I must say, this was my first time coming to an A&W Restaurant, and the experience was worth it. The staff was super friendly, my food was on time and it was tasty. So why am I grading this with such high remarks because they are setting a standard that the overall experience is still at mass food chains and they didn't fail me at all.

We stopped at this KFC/A&W hoping for a quick comfort meal on the road. Mistake!Only one other customer eating in the whole place. Shoulda been a clue.I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal with mashed potatoes and gravy as the side and ranch dipping sauce.I was served a 3 piece chicken tender meal with fries, with no sauce. When I told them the order was wrong, he looked utterly confused, even though HE took the order.My friend ordered a chicken sandwich with "NO SAUCE OR TOPPINGS" she got the sandwich with pickles and mayonnaise all over it.We waited 30 minutes in an empty restaurant to get our order served wrong. The food was hot, but bland and mediocre at best. Not worth the price or the hassle. Won't be back.Parking: No one thereKid-friendliness: Maybe only a kid would like it

Stop saying, "Can I help you," when someone pulls up to the drive-thru.This has been an ongoing annoyance every time you pull up to this particular drive-thru. Maybe this is a manager issue, because it's been going on for about a year or two, but instead of saying, "Can I help you?" say something like, "Hello, what can I get started for you?" or "Hello, order whenever you're ready." and it's with every drive-thru attendant (like they're told to say this)."Can I help you," is annoying because obviously people are there to buy food. It's also not very friendly. Adding "hello," or "hi there," would make it more inviting.

If I could give negative stars, I would. First we had to repeat our order 3 times at the order box, twice at the window and once when the guy came out in the parking lot to see what we had. We paid at 815pm.... there were SIX customers who came through the drive thru after us all that got their food before us. We were told after we paid that it would take 4 minutes for the chicken for the sandwich to cook. After sitting outside patiently waiting, at 848 I went inside. I was not greeted at all by any of the staff. The female who brought the food to us was not apologetic at all for our wait. She was combative with me when I asked where our food was. She rudely said "I told you it would take 4 minutes for your chicken to cook" but we were waiting for 33 minutes. I pointed that out and that they had helped at least 6 customers who all came way after us, to which she replied "well here's your order" our drinks weren't there, so I pointed that out. She rudely retrieved them for me... they were only 3/4 of the way full. No kindness offered, no apology offered...just rude service, a huge wait, and our food is burnt and cold.

Ordered a mac and cheese bowl & corn dog nuggets. I was told they would take over 5 minutes to cook nuggets and was parked out front. When my food was brought out I asked if everything was there including the ketchup and the guy pretty much just threw the bag at me and walked off so I headed back to the hotel only to find out pretty much everything about my order was wrong. Wrong meal no silverware to eat a mac and cheese bowl. I asked for ketchup when I ordered yet there was no ketchup, utensils or napkins. I called and asked for a manager. The guy on the phone would not transfer me to a manager simply said they'd write my name down and just hand out food the next time I came in. I asked for a manager again once again he said "all we can do is write down your name" they were not interested in solving the problem just getting me off the phone. Your manager was never reached as requested. Horrible customer service!! This turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had recently and if you look at my reviews and I do a lot of them this would be clearly near the very bottom people acting like they are too busy and wanted to be everywhere but serving customers. I'll be loud about this one for a while.

I literally was shocked to see no one at this restaurant, I thought they were closed. I had been craving the signature A&W Rootbeer & I pd over $8.00 for a gallon and they gave it to me in 2 plastic Kentucky Fried chicken bag containers and I brought it home & it tasted flat. This is the 2nd time that I have gone there in 2 years and now I remember why I don't go. The last time I went the food was crappy and cold. You would think that since it's not food it would of been ok. Now I know why they don't have customers, bad food and service. They lost me for good!

Mixed thoughts

The person taking order looked at me three times and drank his pop instead of taking my order. WOW! If there was a -1 rating of I'd give it to this restaurant. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

So the young man couldn't work the POS system and then told me the prices and menu haven't been changed for 2 years and that's why I couldn't get Corn Dog Nuggets by them selves and had to buy a kids meal. Not a huge deal but why can't they change the menu board after two years?

This business does not want to actually do business. You cannot order inside and you cannot order more than one order outside so apparently they don't want to sell food anymore. Oh well, off to Subway.
