We stopped at this KFC/A&W hoping for a quick comfort meal on the road. Mistake!Only one other customer eating in the whole place. Stop saying, "Can I help you," when someone pulls up to the drive-thru.This has been an ongoing annoyance every time you pull up to this particular drive-thru. Maybe this is a manager issue, because it's been going on for about a year or two, but instead of saying, "Can I help you?" say something like, "Hello, what can I get started for you?" or "Hello, order whenever you're ready." and it's with every drive-thru attendant (like they're told to say this)."Can I help you," is annoying...read full review

I must say, this was my first time coming to an A&W Restaurant, and the experience was worth it. The staff was super friendly, my food was on time and it was tasty. So why am I grading this with such high remarks because they are setting a standard that the overall experience is still at mass food chains and they didn't fail me at all.
