Staff has always been super friendly and the service is pretty fast in the drive thru, which is definitely appreciated. I've never actually been inside the restaurant, but can't imagine that the service would be vastly different.

Good luck trying to get your receipt through the drive-thru if you’re trying to claim points. Every single time we come here, we’re not given a receipt unless we specifically ask. It’s frustrating, especially since receipts are needed for rewards. Management should look into this.

DQ is great, but this one gets packed very often.
Edit: I’ve noticed service has improved, and wait times are not as long as they once were. The quality of the food here is really good. I can’t remember a time I’ve received old food from here and with fast food getting more and more expensive, I’m glad there’s a place you can trust here on road 68.
