Stopped in from out of town while my wife was in Pasco for a work training. Hoped to watch some NHL playoffs with a burger and a beer. Staffed by one cook and one bartender/waiter Bambi. She was friendly and attentive, but she was solo running everything but the kitchen and as the place filled up she was slammed busy. Attentive service became less so. Another group asked for the Mariners game and she switched nearly every TV to that so there went my NHL playoffs, despite the game...
The new staff and manager are exactly what the Dugout needed. Jill, the manager, is very attentive and her best new bartender Tashara is perhaps the best I've ever seen. She makes every person that walks through the door feel like the most important customer in the entire place. Huge shout out to them both. Cheers!
Came in last night to escape the heat after a Dust Devils game and I have to say I am glad We did !!!!! Great service from Michelle , Brittany, and Kayce ! We were very well taken care of and hardly had to wait between the 3 of them covering a very busy evening you would have thought we had the place to ourselves…. Justin cooked us up some of the best Food I have had at a Duggout location hands down curds were amazing !!!! Great staff all the way around great establishment environment...
