Went for a graduation in Tri-Cities and this a go to spot. I ordered the menudo with grano. I am very picky when it comes to food, because I cook a lot and it was great. It had the right size cut of meat, the caldo was very good it had the right flavor and taste. I make it at home, so it better be good and it was. They make home made tortillas and that hit the spot.
