“The late night workers never seem to be able to take orders between 3am and 6am unless you use the app.

That said, earlier in the day orders are easier. One employee, Josue, is the highlight of my pre-work day. I stop a couple times a week and whenever we interact he is always friendly, always smiling; gold star service. If my rating were based solely on him, it would be an easy 5 stars.
