We came to the drive thru around 415am and was told we had to use the app to order. That took us at least 15 mins to figure out and then we had to wait another 5 mins to go through the drive thru to get food. The guy said the systems go down at 4 and restart for the day. This is definitely true as I've worked for jack in the box before, but it only takes about 15 mins or so. Just stopped in and the front counter was closed. The drive thru was still open. My partner and I needed to use the restroom it was the whole reason we stopped. We decided we wanted to buy something so we could use the restroom there but when refused service we asked if we could use the restroom if we went through the drive thru. We were refused. What happened to helping your fellow man? You really felt comfortable turning away paying customers? I had to go so bad I used the bathroom...read full review
