I use the drive through for breakfast regularly. The service is courteous, punctual and professional. While working the process very quickly and correctly, they offer warm smiles and a welcoming attitude. I order the Eggnormous Bacon Burrito and it's so good. This is my favorite Burger King in the Tri-cities, they rock!
When you have a great experience it must be noted. I received perfect customer service and quality of food to price at the Pasco Rd 68 Burger King. I use the app and combined some great deals. The Spicy Chicken was as ordered and a great portion. Drove up, gave my order # and name and received my mobile order with a smile. Very satisfied so went back again and received the same treatment. I get lunch her regularly because I work nearby. The customer service from Alex is phenomenal. He always consistently greets me with a happy tone. And goes above and beyond, making sure my order is correct. He is a shining example of what great service at a fast food place should look like.
