I've only visited Jocho's once but they had pambazo on the menu and it was awfully good. It's one of my guiltiest of pleasures and this is the first time I've seen it in the Tri-cities. With the red salsa, it was a special meal.
The food was very good but the lady who charged me only took my payment card and didn't even tell me how much it was and didn't even give me a receipt for the very good food.

Also really nice was the paleteria next door! I came home with a huge variety of fruit and ice cream popsicles too!
