I found Pasco airport to be friendly and concerned when I explained I rarely fly...at 80 yrs young I was nervous and the gentleman taking my luggage was so nice and made a paper boarding ticket for me. I tell you the people working at LAX were not friendly..Diana J

I rented a SUV from Hertz. Upon returning it i left my special baseball cap in it. The next day i called Lea at the Hertz counter and she spent time looking for it. She found it and helped me set up a shipping label for her to mail it back to me. I’ve travelled a lot and never had someone care this much and go out of her way to help. 5 stars for Lea!!!! Beautiful airport with wonderful people. Jim

I love this place!! Both departure and arrival I hit this stop and it is so refreshing to be met with friendly faces at an airport. It seems airports have become some of the most unfriendly places with poor customer service or even basic kindness displayed anymore. These guys are kind and make a great tea latte to boot! I order a hot tea made like a london fog and it's a little complicated but they happily make it and its delish!! Thanks guys for being a boost of kindness...
