So disappointed tonight. Proof USED to have the best fries in the TRI but tonight we discovered they have downgraded to ordinary, wimpy fast food fries. They previously had hand-cut fries, so yummy, stayed hot longer, were browner and delicious! Now, they are ordinary. Proof, you’re cutting corners in the wrong place! this was an amazing experience. the host, Grey, was an absolute delight to chat with, very kind individual. First, I like Proof, food is always good, atmosphere is good, it’s a good restaurant. But, tonight for my quarterly visit to Pasco and a quick bite at proof we had Savanna serving.
