I had a very positive experience on five different occasions at this Sonic location.Every time the food quantity and quality was better than most other fast good locations. One time they confused the details of my order but in the apology provided me a future free burger to replace it. Like most places post COVID pandemic the workers were doing everything they could to keep up. They are under staffed. Yet they remained pleasant under pressure.
It was a long wait for the food, they were understaffed and the poor girl bring the food out was so flustered. I watched 2 customers leave without there orders. When the food came it was not hot and barely warm.
So the new Red, White, & Blue Slush Float is so flippin' good! My new favorite for sure! I ordered ahead with the app and when I was waiting for my food I noticed that most of the parking spots except a few were blocked off or out of order. Then a car next to me tried to order and he was told by the staff that they were only taking orders at the drive through or online. I watched numerous people pull in only to be told the same thing which did not make alot of people...
