VERY disappointed with customer service! I ordered 25 cupcakes, I gave half away to my daughter's classmates who came to her birthday drive by on Saturday, but when we tried them AFTER giving them away, the whipped cream was BITTER! How embarrassing!!! I had 12 cupcakes left that I was going to serve on a small birthday party we had with only close friends on Sunday, so I called Vieira's Bakery and all I asked was that they replaced the BITTER cupcakes I had left with not bitter ones, I offered to take the bitter ones back to the bakery. Unfortunately the manager did not care and implied that it was my fault because the color I chose makes whipped cream bitter! How was I supposed to know that???!!! How do you sell cupcakes that you KNOW are going to be bitter????!!! I lost my money, got embarrassed by giving away bitter cupcakes, and Vieira's Bakery lost a client! Never coming back there!
