I ordered online for carry out. The Mobile app stated it would be ready in 15 mins. Got to the restaurant 45 mins after ordering expecting the pizza to be waiting only to be told that our order has not been made yet, it is in que with an approximate wait of at least 30-45 mins more, if not longer. I already prepaid through the app and am not sure how to ask for a refund and cancel my order due to the extended wait.
