I was nervous about some of the other reviews on here but stopped anyway on a roadtrip with my cousin. The food was delicious and the service was great. Not sure if they hired new staff since the other reviews or I just got them on a good day, but I was very pleased with my experience from start to finish. Fun to watch the golfers too from the deck
Went on a Thursday for live music, drinks, and appetizers and was not disappointed. I had low expectations after seeing negative reviews, but the Trap seems to have put in some work to make improvements.
The beers on tap were quite good and the wings were pretty great.
I'd try this odd little golf shop cafe again for the outdoor seating and the full menu. Also anywhere Johnny Hinchman performs is a good time.

Fantastic food. The fish and chips were so good that my kid ate all of my pieces and the Cole slaw is legit! It’s hard to find a place that actually knows how to make a proper slaw! We will be back
